About the Product
The Sensor Shield V5.0 for Arduino is the latest shield compatible with Arduino UNO and Arduino Due. This Sensor Shield retains the advantages of version V4.0 with its stackable design and PCB Immersion Gold processing technology. Newly added features include various interfaces such as IIC, 32-channel servo motor, Bluetooth communication module, and SD Card communication module interfaces, making it more convenient.
The Sensor Shield allows you to connect various modules like sensors, servos, relays, buttons, potentiometers, and many more directly to your Arduino through this shield.
Each functional module has a buckled port with VCC, GND, and Output, which corresponds to a port on the Sensor Shield. With a dual-female cable, you can start using it right away. Buckled brick cables are like cement for bricks, making connections easier, more secure, and professional-looking.
You can easily connect to typical analog sensors using this expansion board, such as a light sensor. By using this expansion board and the corresponding circuit module, you only need to connect the Arduino and sensors module with special cables. The detailed circuit is managed by the corresponding sensor module, so you only need to focus on reading data from the sensor using your Arduino program.
For Arduino beginners, you don't need to worry about cumbersome and complex circuit connections. This sensor shield simplifies the circuit, allowing easy connections for commonly used sensors. A sensor requires only a standard 3P sensor cable (whether digital or analog). Once the circuit is connected, you can prepare the corresponding Arduino program, and download it to the Arduino Duemilanove controller to read the sensor data or receive data from a wireless module to complete your interactive projects easily.
