Manta M4P by BIGTREETECH is a versatile 32-bit mainboard that has many features and offers a variety of upgrade options thanks to many interface options. The mainboard is compatible with Marlin open-source software and with Klipper firmware when combined with the CB1. Manta M4P is most suitable for the Voron V0 and Ender 3.
Main Features:
32-bit ARM® Cortex-M0+ STM32G0B0RE, 64MHz - faster and more stable
BTB connection for all CM4 versions
5A for Raspberry Pi - TPS5450-5A power supply chip
3 different voltages for fan connectors (5V, 12V and 24V)
M8P Main Features
Using 32bit 64MHz ARM Cortex-M0+ Series STM32G0B1VET6 as the main control chip;
Chip, TPS5450-5A, supports DC12/24V. Chip output current up to 5A and peak value can reach 6A, which supports Raspberry Pi power supply;
There is a reserved BOOT button on the motherboard, users can update the boot loader via DFU;
The Thermistor Part has a protection circuit to protect the main control chip from the possibility of burning caused by leakage of the heated bed or cartridge heater.
24V, 12V, and 5V voltages are available for CNC fans, eliminating the need for an external transformer module, thus reducing the chance of damage to the motherboard due to improper operation;
The thermistor can choose to pull-up the resistor value through the jumper in this way, supports PT1000 without external module, which can be DIY customers;
MCU firmware can be updated via SD Card, or via Klipper's Make Flash Command using DFU;
Motherboard and core board use BTB connection, allowing for other solutions other than CM4;
On-board TMC-Driver SPI and UART operation modes, on-board DIAG Pins function, can be used simply by plugging in and unplugging jumper caps;
Support filament runout detection, auto power off, BLTouch, RGB light...
Highly efficient MOSFET for less heat;
Use replaceable fuse for easy replacement;
Three-four-wire fan interface is reserved, and can be used to connect water cooling devices;
The Proximity Switch interface reserved, supports NPN and PNP types, (24V, 12V, 5V) voltage selection, general voltage selection VFAN6;
Provides an SPI interface to provide Klipper firmware users with external acceleration sensors for acceleration compensation.
