  • Other main parts of the machine (FEP & Tools Excluded)
• 6 months
  • LCD screen: Resin leakage, scratch-resistant film damage, human damage, and collision damage are not included in the warranty.
  • Resin tank: Installation tools and screws are not warranted.
  • Build plate: Damage caused by scratches, drops, or bumps is not covered by the warranty.

No warranty

• Release Film, Tools

The following conditions are not covered under warranty:

1. Product is not from ELEGOO or distributors authorized by ELEGOO
2. Products without purchase receipt or any other sufficient proofs of purchase
3. Lost or stolen products
4. Items that have expired their warranty period
5. Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
6. Free products
7. Repaired by a third party or modified by an individual
8. Damage from outside sources
9. Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: resin leakage, falls, and operating devices improperly)
10. Normal discoloration, wear, or consumption during product use
11. The LCD screen cannot provide an SN code
