5mm RGB LED

This 5mm RGB LED is a through hole component great for getting any color you want from a single component. By controlling each color with a PWM from your microcontroller, you can change the intensity of each red, green, and blue LED to form other colors. This component also comes very handy as an indicator LED because you can display different status with minimal wiring and space.

This component has 4 pins pretty closed together. If you are using it with a breadboard, you will have to separate thee pins a little bit to make it fit.

Pins:

1. Red
2. Ground (longest pin)
3. Green
4. Blue
